All Culprit products are designed for road/gravel or Triathlon use. All items are made using the best material of choice for the needs/demands of such products. Whether it be carbon fiber, carbon composite, aluminum or in some parts 3d prints.  However, all products eventually wear out or in the event of a crash  or being hit, we recommend checking the products carefully. Even when there’s no visible damage, hidden stress may still exist. If you’re unsure, it’s always best to have the part inspected by a trusted shop or reach out to Culprit for advice. Your safety is our top priority.

What’s Covered

• All of our products come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  
• Arm cup foam  comes with a 6-month warranty.
  
• The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, but does not extend to normal wear and tear, corrosion, or damage caused by accidents, incorrect installation, modifications, or misuse.
  
• Please note: Using any item outside its designed purpose  will void the warranty.
  
  

How It Works

• If you believe your product has a defect, get in touch with us by emailing us at service@culpritbicycles.com  Be sure to send an explanation and pictures to help us understand the problem. We’ll review your claim and, if it qualifies, we’ll either repair or replace the item.
  
• Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us in Taiwan. Once your claim is approved, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.
  

Limitation of Liability

Riding a bicycle or using cycling components carries inherent risks. By purchasing and using products from Culprit Bicycles (Ace Bike International LTD), you acknowledge and accept that you ride at your own risk.

Culprit Bicycles (Ace Bike International LTD) assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents, property damage, or any other loss resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, crashes, falls, impacts, improper installation, modifications, or use of our components in ways not intended by the manufacturer.

Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the product purchased. We cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

By using our products, you agree to exercise caution, follow proper installation and maintenance procedures, and wear appropriate safety gear. Safety is ultimately the responsibility of the rider.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Taiwan and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.
