How to Begin

To start a return, exchange, warranty request, or claim for a lost package, please email service@culpritbicycles.com

General Return Conditions

  • International orders (outside Taiwan): Returns are reviewed individually due to customs and processing. Please email service@culpritbicycles.com for assistance.
  • Items must be unused and uninstalled.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. However, the cost of the return shipping is covered by the buyer.
  • For quality assurance, photos must be submitted with all return or warranty claims. We may request additional images or details to confirm the condition. Claims may be denied if sufficient evidence is not provided.
