Culprit Bicycles has a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defect.
In case of a claim. Please email service@culpritbicycles.com with a detailed email and images of the problem and Culprit will assist you by email or by phone to resolve any issues. If the product needs to be replaced due to manufacturing defect and within the warrantied time Culprit will cover all replacement costs. If the defect is caused by user error Culprit will not replace or cover any replacement costs.
